Log Files

Log File Locations

The log files are useful to us in determining the solutions to problems that you encounter in the software.  If you're submitting a bug, or software issue to us for review or help it will speed up the process considerably if you provide us with the log files initially.  The software stores up to 20 logs from each of the last starts of the application.  The most recent is called app.log, followed by app.log.1 and so on.  Please send us all the logs in a compressed folder when submitting them so that we have all the data required.  Please find the locations of the log files for various operating systems below.  Once you have done this fill out the Photobook Support Request Form and email it to support@ubuildabook along with the log files.
